All of our products are made to order. Because our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

To request assistance, email us at support@dmthreadsandwear.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the problem. We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

For eligible manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors, you may not need to return the damaged or defective product. The resolution may be a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and the applicable fulfillment provider's policy.

Wrong Size, Color, or Customer Order Errors

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements when the product was produced correctly but the customer selected the wrong size, color, design, or item when placing the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing a purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for a replacement shipment. A refund is not guaranteed in these circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order and before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to cancel it or issue a full refund.
