Our products are made to order. Products are produced specifically after an order is placed rather than being held as ordinary finished inventory.
Because of this production model, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or ordering the wrong product.

Some orders may be fulfilled by different production facilities or fulfillment providers. As a result, products from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for a replacement shipment and a refund is not guaranteed.
